1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to SnapZyte ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, uploading content, or using any feature on snapzyte.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using SnapZyte immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use SnapZyte. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Creating an account with false information or on behalf of someone who is under 13 is a strict violation of our Terms and will result in immediate termination.

3. User Account Security

To access certain features of the Platform (such as posting photos, sharing reels, liking, commenting, or messaging), you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details.
• Keep your password confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify SnapZyte immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. User Content Ownership & Licensing

Your Content Remains Yours: You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of the original photos, reels, videos, stories, audio, captions, and comments ("User Content") that you post on SnapZyte.

Limited Platform License: In order to operate, host, and deliver our services to you and other users across devices and networks, you grant SnapZyte a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to:

• Host, store, cache, and backup your User Content on our secure servers and CDN.
• Process, transcode, compress, format, and generate video thumbnails or previews.
• Display, stream, distribute, and reproduce your public User Content within the SnapZyte feed, explore, reels stream, and user profiles in accordance with your privacy preferences.

Note: This license is strictly limited to operating, improving, and promoting the Platform and does not give SnapZyte ownership rights over your creative work.

5. Content Conduct & Prohibited Acts

You agree that you will NOT upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights without explicit permission.
• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another person's privacy.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, discrimination, or self-harm.
• Contains malicious code, viruses, malware, or attempts to disrupt server infrastructure.
• Constitutes unsolicited spam, deceptive scams, or fraudulent commercial schemes.

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

SnapZyte reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to monitor, review, flag, filter, restrict, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapZyte is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from server outages or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapZyte, its operators, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service, legal obligations, or security requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the version number and Effective Date at the top of this document and notify users where appropriate.
